Review of Daddy's Home (2015) by Evan H — 28 Nov 2016
While I didn't necessarily mean to watch this movie, it was on when nothing better was available over the break. Quite frankly, that's all it deserves.
Will Ferrell and mark Wahlberg have quietly built some solid chemistry together thrhough their films, but while they've had winners like The Other Guys, Daddy's Home falls flat. There's nothing different when it comes to the jokes. The humor is par for the course and the end result is as expected as the sun rising in the east. The absolute best part is the end. It's just a shame we had to suffer through more unwatchable storylines than not to get there.
