Review of Daddy's Home (2015) by The3Academysins — 25 Dec 2019
While mostly bland and inoffensive, there are some truly funny and touching moments in Daddy's Home. The movie is fun, but doesn't shy away from some of the inner turmoil that goes into being a stepfather.
The writing is pretty uninspired, and the cinematography and direction are painfully cookie-cutter. In spite of that, the writing, performances, and occasional laugh help boost Daddy's Home up to an above-average movie.
