Review of Daddy Day Camp (2007) by Meredith W — 22 Jul 2011
Better than I expected it to be without the actors from the first movie (I don't know why they make sequels if the original stars don't come back). Not laugh out loud funny, but it has some moments that make you grin and chuckle. The story is too simplistic and the concept, like the first one, is hard to believe. Still, its cute moments outshine the weak ones, making it worth a view. (Interesting that Fred Savage directed this because there was a character, Juliette, who reminded me very much of Winnie Cooper from Wonder Years.).
