Review of Dabangg (2010) by Alok V — 02 Jan 2011
The resounding success of Dabangg can only be explained by the fact that we as an audience are now tired of the goody goody romantic films which drew us (the ones who swore off of them after debacles like Tridev) back to Bollywood a decade ago.
and now crave for that old fashioned bollywood hero who can single handedly destroy an armed gang of hoodlums; kind of reminds you of the old Big B movies minus the lost brothers formula.
