Review of Dabangg 2 (2012) by Kashfia F — 26 Apr 2013
Just another action drama with bits of comedy forced in that wasn't funny enough. Not the worst of its year, but it wouldn't have gained as much box-office success had it not starred Salman Khan.
Kudos to Salman Khan fans for turning a mediocre into a mega hit. Check it out for yourself (apparently, at your own risk) & see if his performance is outstanding enough to make you his fan. On a side-note (not to defend anyone), the script itself is so mediocre that there's hardly any scope for outstanding performance by anyone.
It seems that the character formation is not given enough consideration. 1/5 would suffice.
