Review of Cyrus (2010) by Matt W — 19 May 2013

Cyrus is a sweet, funny movie. The acting is really good in here. John C. Reilly is great as usual in this. Also, Jonah Hill and Marisa Tomei are good, as well. The directing and cinematography is really good in this.

It is very well done. You can easily tell it was made on a very low budget. And i'm not saying it's a bad thing. The production values really make the feel of it that way. The use of the low budget really makes it feel like a real, genuine movie and it works great.

Overall, Cyrus is a really good, sweet movie with fantastic acting, sweet direction and great production values with a sweet, original and funny script.
