A great movie..but another I should have waited to watch until I was more awake, as it is a bit drawn out.
That said, Depardieu is excellent, and the story is great..
It is a classic, and perfectly captures the damage that the self-abased person can do to himself..believing he can't be loved, and thus remaining as such.
As someone less than stunningly attractive..I can certainly connect with Cyrano in that respect...hopefully I can tell someone I love them before I die though.
