Review of Cyrano de Bergerac (1990) by Mikey M — 22 Feb 2008
I've wanted to see this movie since the day it was released. 17 years on I did. It is indeed a beautiful piece of work with which I can have no technical complaints. The script lacks an edge or a spark though and it is all a little predictable.
Perhaps I built it up too much in my head, but I couldn't help but feel totally underwhelmed.
