I didn't stay long for the half of it but I did discern that the special effects was crap (given it was then the early 90's) and Angelina's has a real skinny bootee! maybe if now they'll do a Cyborg 3, Angelina can butch it up again after her stint rehearsing as big-bad Lara Craft, Tomb Raider and do something better than this shyt.
i'm very sure this 21st century technology can offer much more now.
