Review of Cutie and the Boxer (2013) by Reece L — 07 Feb 2014

This is first of the 2014 Academy Award-nominated documentaries I've seen. I didn't really know too much about the two artists but there's some pretty interesting stuff here about their relationship through the years.

I always find it fascinating how a lot of these documentaries have home movies in them from way back when that divulge interesting info. That said, I didn't find it more intriguing and unique than a lot of biographical docs.

I'm sure this year's list has more to offer by way of documentaries.
