Review of Cut Bank (2014) by Zachary M — 23 Jul 2016
The town of Cut Bank, Montana is apparently filled with liars, crooks, and psychopaths. None of the characters are sympathetic, but none are so bad that you feel any attachment to them in that you want them to get their componence.
In fact, the only feeling I got from this movie was anger after it was over because, spoiler, the man character, who really is to blame for all of this, gets any consequences. None. Lie to the authorities, scam your friends and townsfolk, unleash a psycho murder on the town, and neglected your dying father, if you do all that you apparently only get a stern talking to and then you get to ride off with your beauty pageant girlfriend, who's father was almost killed because of you.
Nice to know.
