Review of Curse of the Puppet Master (1998) by Jason D — 15 Feb 2008
Pretty dry and boring effort in the Puppet Master series. I'm surprised to see cult director David DeCoteau direct such a weak effort like this. Anyways, a crazed scientist wants to make the perfects humans which are puppet humans or whatever.
He gets an assistant after the other one is used for a project and scrapped (Oops, spoiler) and things happen all over again. Blah, Blah, Blah. There are still some amusing moments in this and some decent puppet murder but don't look for these to get any better.
