The deployment of masses of extras is impressive; décor, costumes, make-up etc are also imposing. Although in parts there is quite some action, there is not as much martial arts as I'd have thought.
The plot is a bit shallow - like the the simple/macho personality of the king. But no bad choice to spend a lazy or tired evening in front of the TV...
