Review of Curious George (2006) by Kevin S — 08 Feb 2015
This film answered a lot of the long standing questions I have had about the curious George universe. like, what is the name of The Man with The Yellow Hat (Ted) and what does he do for a living (works in a museum and pretty much is a really boring version of Indiana Jones).
But it brings with it too many other questions, like why would anyone cast Will Farrell in a children's film? I don't think it is as good either as the original books, come on who doesn't like a pipe smoking monkey, nor the PBS T.
V. show, but would probably be great if you had no other references, and if you're kids at are like mine and you've seen ever episode on Netflix dozens of times the film is a good break and they won't get mad about watching something that isn't George.
