Review of Cube Zero (2004) by Joao M — 03 Oct 2009
Probably the most interestingly accomplished movie of the saga. For the first time we see a glimpse of what's outside of the cube, we begin to see why people are thrown inside, and in the end it lefts as wonder what the hell just happened...It's the most well performed movie of the saga even though it lacks on the essence of the cube. Most of the time we are in the control room seeing only some moments inside the structure we've grown to love or hate in the first two movies. Giving this one the highest rating out of the three doesn't mean it's the one I love the most. It only means it's the most balanced movie of the saga, even though it explains only a little more than the previous ones, leaving a lot to our imagination to fill.
