Review of Cube (1998) by Richard C — 04 Jun 2010
In anticipation of Splice, I watched this interesting psychological sci-fi thriller once again. I like the fact that it was made on a shoestring budget. In my view, each character represents a different sort of mental imprisonement.
However, I am curious as to why the mentally handicapped person is the only survivor in the end: is it because he's not limited by reason and intellect, as well as psychological hang-ups like paranoia and hopelessness?
