I happen to think Vincenzo Natali is talented, as evidenced by the underrated Splice and Cypher. Cube,Vincenzo's feature debut, isn't as strong as his later entries. The script was overly ambiguous, with some bad dialogue.
The cast of this film is adequate, but lacking the presence of a genuine A list actor that could elevate the material. Still, I liked the originality of the material, and the impressive set design, especially for a low budget feature such as this.
