Review of Cry_Wolf (2005) by Lilianetty L — 06 Nov 2010

I remember watching 5 years ago, promos and clips of this film. Why watching it now? Because the cast is now very known to me and because some of them are my inspiration in acting.

Plot: Owen is a student who always gets in trouble in school, no matter how important is his dad. But this time he get's to a new one, meeting some rich people who may be good friends or bad influence. By the introduction of Dodger, the top leader of the mysterious games, Owen will find not only clues, but a new satisfaction: Who is Cry Wolf? And why he killed a student? And will he attack again? Interesting plot, some stars for it.

Acting: Ok, not every actor did great, but here are my top faves (the inspiring ones): Lindy Booth as Dodger. She was the mastermind (you will end up hating her character as I did). Lindy was incredible and stunning (can't believe she was in a Disney show). Julian as Owen, amazing, dramatic, intense. He has some awesome talent. He was inspiring. Another of my faves, and I could not believe she was on Flight 29! Was Kristy Wu!!! She did so fantastic, but she could have done better. Still, she's one of my faves. And to end the faves list, here it is Jared Padalecki as Tom. He was funny, dramatic, stunning and inspiring. Obviously, he does now better as Sam in Supernatural. Years of experiences, has made him evolve as an actor. The rest of the cast was great, but not inspiring, not even on my faves. Not even Bon Jovi! He sings great, but acting? I could give him a chance. Some stars here.

Music: Dramatic, very spy style, dark and powerful, sometimes very anime to me. Oh well, some stars also here.

To end this Scooby Doo review (It was like that to me), 4 stars of 5. I could have give it a five, but I could not. Why? Because some actors did not give it all, some times the make up was not great, but at least it got a four. Enjoy my review & remember: Get your friends right, because you cannot trust anyone!
