Review of Cry Danger (1951) by Sabrina I — 26 Aug 2011
CRY DANGER is simply short and sweet. That's also part of the problem though. I felt like the film never really took off. Supporting characters are underdeveloped. Theres so many different directions the film could gone.
The plot could have been as complex and smart as better noirs. Still, the film has a couple of great scenes and is a treat to watch because of the fun, snappy dialogue. I was glad I caught the film despite its shortcomings.
