Finally gave this a peep in its entirety off the old To-Watch Pile and it's an amusing little send up of the juvenile delinquent film genre.
I would say that it does seem to end on something of a record scratch note, just a final scene and ::BAM:: credits, but that aside it's a fun, entertaining little film.
Give it a rental.
