I laughed a lot. It's a made-for-TV remake edited into something resembling a prequel to the original; it could not possibly have been good. However, it's as if they didn't even try to make it good and instead turned into a parody of itself, which made it very funny.
Plus points for the seriouslessness, minus points for tampering with the original.
