Despite the bombs in script, there is something dark and at the same time pleasurable about this movie. Not that it has anything to do with the original movie, much less the book - but does it has to? it might be remade too far off the original, but it's not completely lame.
Great performances by Baranski, Witherspoon and Gellar plus the amazing soundtrack.
