Review of Cruel Intentions (1999) by Aaron O — 28 May 2014
Cruel Intentions can be enjoyably despicable and snotty at times, and I did laugh a bit throughout, but it only goes downhill from its solid beginning. The films loses all of its self awareness in the final half hour or so, and feels so incredibly cliched and forced that it's impossible to take seriously, and it didn't help that the acting was very inconsistent either.
