Review of Crows Zero (2007) by Ripple C — 30 Mar 2008
Kurôzu Zero, adapted from manga, by Takashi Miike of Audition and Zatoichi fame, is jolly violent entertainment.
Amidst all the jostling to become top of the pack of Suzuran High, wannabe and clueless Genji (Shun Oguri) needs ALOT of help to be top dog, but finds time to discover the softer side of his comrades and enemies (namely the short, smiley Tamao Serizawa).
Guys will like this testosterone-driven live action flick that does not forget the token beauty Meisa Kuroki.
