Yep.. I can see how this was Miikes first box office smash. All the usual funny twisted Miike moments, visually it was superior to Miikes previous work.. though the violence was toned down a little obviously for a more mainstream audience.
. still I fuckin loved it. Bout to watch again right now. 5 stars.
