One of my all-time favorites. Watched it at a time where the Chinese martial arts world was shrouded in mystery and wonder. Still today, it's plot, themes, performances, imagery, and scores hold up against my more critical self.
Overall, a wonderful film on a conflicted love entwined in the jianghu world.
