It's similar to Ang Lee's own Sense and Sensibility. However, this movie is one of the best movie's around thanks to excellent acting, being emotional and beautiful, having excellent choreography from choreographer Yuen Wo Ping ( The Matrix), and beautiful music by Tan Dun featuring a beautiful cello solo by Yo-Yo Ma.
Watch it in Mandarin, not English, and put English subtitles on.
