This perhaps among my favorite films of all time. Not only is the beautiful Chinese scenery captured through some of the most exquisite cinematography I have ever seen, but the acting is rather impressive as well which in kung fu movies is often over looked with the focus being more on action which is without a doubt one of the other exceptional aspects of this film.

Catapulting through the air on wires whilst fighting at the same time is no easy feat and the actors did an outstanding job with the challenging yet beautiful choreography. Just a stunning piece of film making on all counts, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon is a masterpiece of cinema.
