An entertaining, creepy film about the urban legend of Cropsey come to life in Andre Rand- a man convicted of kidnapping and killing disabled kids on Staten Island.
It's not so much the creepiness I liked about it, but the fact that it doesn't discriminate towards the urban legend nor the conviction of Rand. It simply tells the story and hunts the clues behind the man while opening up more convoluted doors as the documentary progresses.
