A chilling documentary that feels more like a horror movie than most horror movies do. The filmmakers explore the connections between an urban legend from their youth about an escaped mental patient, an abandoned mental institution with a notorious past in the middle of Staten Island and a real-life "boogeyman" named Andre Rand, who may be responsible for the disappearances of four local children.
The unresolved mysteries of the case left me covered in goose-bumps and quite disturbed.
