Review of Crooklyn (1994) by Katy K — 12 Feb 2010
Good movie with alot of good family values. Has a very odd story line thats kinda hard to follow but It makes alot of sence at the end. The main character is a young girl about 9 years old. She grows up with 4 brothers and both her parents in brooklyn new york.
She live a hard life with her family always fighting and at nine years old learns to steal stuff. The girls mom is carolyn and lives a very stressful life with 5 children who do not listen. She is a good mother who works to hard.
Its hard to find good actors,and actresses whocan let the tears flow and can scream when theres nothing wrong. the movie was good but it had its good scenes and its bad scenes. I would recamend it to anyone who likes heart warming stories.
There are a few drug scenes and they are kinda weird they could be improved by making them less colorful.
