Review of Cronos (1993) by Chris C — 15 Jul 2008
One of Guillermo Del Toro's early movies, Cronos has some pretty neat ideas about vampirism. Unfortunately, the movie tends to drag at some parts, and the ending isn't very interesting. If Del Toro had cut out about twenty minutes of extraneous character development and reworked the final act, I'd probably be giving this a higher rating.
Oh, and I wanted WAY more scenes involving the Cronos device. It was the driving force of the movie, and severely underused.
