I...don't even know. It's an interesting take on vampirism, that's for sure, but it results in probably the weirdest and grossest vampire movie I've seen yet. Why gross? Well, instead of discretion shots when, say, the undertaker guy is sewing a corpse's mouth shut, we get a close-up.

Also every time the device "bites" someone...and when the vampire's skin starts coming off...oh, and don't forget when the corpse later comes back to life and he's still, you know, got his mouth sewn shut and everything.
