Just short of sucking.
It's on the level of a Syfy channel movie. It is not a bad movie if you run into it while channel surfing but not worth going out of your way to get it. I don't know how it has such a high RT rating. The 1993 Ron Perlman looks like he could be Will Ferrall's brother.
