Review of Crocodile Dundee (1986) by Jens T — 06 Jul 2012
Crocodile Dundee has been the number one austarlian mascot since the great success in 1986. It's the story about the New Yorker journalist Sue Charlton (Linda Kozlowski) who travels to the Australian outback to write a story about a man who fought a crocodile with bare hands, he's name is Michael J.
"Crocodile" Dundee (Paul Hogan). After a trip to the wilderness Sue convince him to come with her to New York, which becomes a whole new experience for him, because he's never been to a city in his whole live.
Crocodile Dundee is entertaining, it is charming and funny to see how he deals with the new things he comes a cross. Besides that there's nothing else, there's no conflict, or no challenges in this movie, it's a soft and easy going story.
But overall I give it a marginal thumbs up.
