Review.
This movie is quite funny and I am sure if I was in a different mood I might even like this B grade horror. I just couldn?t get over the badly shot scenes and dialogue. These critters are not scary they look like gerbils with teeth and for a race that seems to be the scourge of the galaxy it is kind of funny that they cannot even kill off a secluded rural family. Don?t get me wrong there are a few amusing scenes in this movie that is surprising in such a poorly written film. It sort of sits in the middle of the two genres never deciding if it is supposed to be sci-fi or horror which was kind of disappointing. The best characters in the movie are the bounty hunters who have no regard for anything except killing the critters. They have these massive laser guns and basically blow the crap out of anything that makes a noise or a fast movement quite a nice added touch. If you do happen to make to the end of this movie the best part is when the critters are flying away in their spaceship they blow up the families farmhouse for no reason I gave it an extra rating point for the movie right there. Stay away from this one unless you like B grade campy movies or it just a waste of 82 minutes.
T Factor + Found the critters actually scary this movie could score higher on the rating scale.
T Factor ? Couldn?t find the humor in the dialogue this movie could score lower on the rating scale.
If you liked this film reel recommendations: Slither, or Anaconda.
