One of the best action movies ever made. Tony Scott is at his best in this impeccably directed thinking-man's action movie with two powerhouse performances from Hackman and Washington rounded out by some excellent performances across the board like Viggo and Gandolfini.
It's not often that an action movie can be propelled without constant gunfire and explosions and this movie nails it. The writing is top-notch. If you enjoy tense and compelling stories you can't go wrong with this one.
