The premise of the movie centers on transferring a dead agents memories into a man whose frontal lobe never developed as a child so he can complete the deceased agents mission. The down side of not having a properly developed frontal lobe is that you don't know the difference between right and wrong.

Throughout the movie we see Kevin Costner evolve from a cold blooded psychopath into the personality of the deceased agent. Nothing about the movie needs to be experienced on the big screen so I'd recommend this one as a rental.
