Criminal.
To avert a global disaster, the CIA attempt to use a sociopathic prisoner's brain to recall the important and secretive memories from a recently deceased operative.
When you're laughing at a movie when you shouldn't be, then the filmmakers responsible have made mistakes. While poorly written and directed with A-list talent that was horribly miscast, Criminal would've benefitted from a more subdued production and not attempting to overlap multiple genres. This film isn't even worthy of dumpster fire status.
Grade: D+.
