Review of Crimes of the Heart (1986) by James L — 23 Mar 2008
Based on the notorious play often performed in community theatres across America, Hollywood cast three of it's most talented and gifted actors in the leading roles. Sissy Spacek is wonderful as Babe, Diane Keaton will tickle your funny bone and touch your heart, and Jessica Lange will at times anger you and long to make you slap her.
A great film of three sister's in a dysfunctional family dealing with the failing health of their father and the suicide of their mother from years ago.
