Review of Crimes and Misdemeanors (1989) by Matthew P — 12 Dec 2007
One of Allen's best, by far. A perfect, flawless meditation on ethics, morality, theology, psychology, and all else. Landau's performance here is staggering as a man crippled by guilt. Tremendous stuff all around and a true classic film.
Awe-inspiring.
