Review of Crimes and Misdemeanors (1989) by Lasse C — 09 Feb 2009
So far the best Woody Allen movie I've seen. Both Allen and Landau do great justice to their characters and the undercurrent of dark humor is like in all of Allen's movies expertly done. Somewhat similar (and superior) to some of Allen's later movies like Cassandra's Dream and Match Point but the dual storyline give it the an extra boost.
