Review of Creepshow (1982) by Chris M — 21 Jul 2008
Delightful and creepy anthology based off the EC Comics of the 50's. It's full of big starts, great stories, and a spooky electroic score from John Harrison. George Romero directs the film in a variety of garish colors, reminding one of Dario Argento's Suspiria at times.
Look out for Adrienne Barbeau in "The Crate" segment where she steals the whole show as Billi.
A true classic of the genre and a real fun ride. Not one to be missed!!!
