Don't know or care for the sequels which are poor in quality. This was the best in the series. Romero did a great job and the cast couldn't be better. Given a comic book feel from the start, so check your brain at the door a bit and just enjoy.
Stephen King lent a hand and starred in this one. My fave line was, "Where's my cake?!".
