Review of Creepshow (1982) by Anita H — 24 Apr 2010
What do you get when you get the director of the Dead series, add the world's best horror novelist and a 1950's horror comic book? Creepshow of course. I was amazed by this movie and would love to tell them at a campfire.
I still found it weird how Stephen King himself acted as a rather buck-toothed knuckle head of a farmer and how serious Leslie Neilsen played (compared to his rather comedic roles like Airplane! and Naked Gun) and hey, although the first few times I only caught the ending, I always thought that there'll be cockroaches in my room or a dead couple out to get me (laughs).
But as such, a worth while movie for any horror fan.
