I hate the people who made this movie with a passion. It's not scary, it's just plain creepy (hence the title). No ten year old should ever give into peer pressure and watch this movie. But besides all that, with the fact that it was produced by George A. fucking Romero and Stephen King, I'd have to say it deserves a three.
TL;DR...good movie for twisted people; 3/5.
