The internet allows me to be a critic of people who I may not deserve to be in the same room with, or even carry their bags, so, here goes...
Enjoyable @ matinee price.
Contains minor [Spoilers]; Early on, first thing, Creed wins the championship of the World, and it had as much emotional impact as munching on my tub of popcorn. Later on, training for the "Big One" was hokey as it comes, as were the sports announcers lines and delivery throughout, at least for me. Suprisingly nonviolent (and positive) flick considering the subject matter. Well done there.
Enjoyable matinee, but reminds how far from "Rocky I" quality we have sunk. Stallone is still an absolute Hombre. If I had been half as healthy 25 Years ago as he is now, I'd have been somebody!
