I was mildly disappointed with this film. I still maintain the original Rocky was the best. I'm a fan of Sly and although I liked the whole Russian vibe with the flashbacks to Apollo's death in the ring, but I definitely didn't get lured into this flick.
I wanted to enjoy it more but it was just too formulaic for me. It stalled for me several times and I just didn't "feel" involved past a certain low level.
