Not sure about other reviewers' intent, or irrelevant objectives. Creed was a bad, less than half hearted bit of nostalgic, nauseatingly sentimental candy. If you still love Pixie Sticks, you'll love this flick.
Absolutely none of the gorgeous grit of the original. All the high points though, rushed one after another in the fight scenes....almost like they just wanted to get the thing overwith. Wow. My earlier suspicions now 100% confirmed.
Stallone has no genius. Just pure luck on the original. A gift to him, and the rest of us.
