Ryan Coogler writes/direcst a love letter to the Rocky series. The movie is awesome! The chemistry between Stallone and Jordan is fantastic. What I love most is how organic/natural the story flows. From a technical standpoint, I love the shot of the first fight and the score.
Stallone should be taking home some hardware this award season for his performance. I am a frequent moviegoer and this is definitely in my top 5 for the year.
